City FC has completed the signing of international striker Dario Mendez on a four-year contract, a club-record transfer that ends weeks of speculation.
Mendez scored 22 league goals last season and is expected to make his debut in next weekend's season opener. The head coach described him as "a player who changes the dimension of our attack."
